Melissa Lester, RMT is a graduate of Sir Sanford Fleming College in Peterborough and has been in practice for 6 years. She is a registered massage therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Melissa is presently working at Pickering Chiropractic Health Centre and enjoys helping people by using various massage therapy treatments to help relieve pain and tension, as well as, rehabilitate and maintain her patient’s physical function. Melissa’s experiences allow her to stabilize acute injuries, manage chronic ailments, and facilitate the healing process.

Melissa realizes the importance of continuing education to diversify and provide the best treatment to her patients. Not only did Melissa graduate from her respected college with honours, she has also completed training in hot stone massage, ultrasound therapy, and additional courses in fitness and health promotion. Melissa is excited to be expanding her therapy approach with additional courses in the up coming year and looks forward to treating her patients so they can feel their best and reach their health care goals.
